Healthy Honey Coconut Granola
Ingredients
- 6 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup honey
- 2 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup nuts, optional (I love pecans in this)
